James “Jim” Semivan is a former career US intelligence official who served for 25 years with the Central Intelligence Agency’s National Clandestine Service and was at his retirement a member of the CIA’s Senior Intelligence Service. His served in multiple overseas and domestic tours, did specialized work on foreign weapons systems and counterproliferation measures, held senior management positions in CIA headquarters, including Chief of Operations to the National Clandestine Service and as chief of a key operational unit, and was the recipient of the Agency’s Career Intelligence Metal. In 2017, Jim cofounded UAP-focused entertainment company To The Stars and was responsible in that capacity for key disclosure work, alongside Tom Delonge of Blink 182, Lue Elizondo, Christoper Mellon, and Harold Puthoff. Jim has been a student of UAP and “the Phenomenon” for over 40 years.
