Eric Davis

Dr. Eric W. Davis is a leading expert in advanced aerospace propulsion concepts and applications, with approximately four decades of combined aerospace industry and academic experience in astronomy, astrophysics, advanced/breakthrough space propulsion and power engineering-physics; space mission analysis and design disciplines; directed energy weapons and space propulsion; and future and transformation concepts. His experience includes nearly 30 years of scientific, technical, and program leadership, program office technical subject-matter expert roles, and national security disciplines. Dr. Davis led many advanced high-risk/high-payoff research projects for the U.S. government and aerospace industry and was the science advisor to the classified Department of Defense UAP programs AAWSAP and AATIP as well as to the interagency UAP Task Force. Dr. Davis has practical experience in astronomical and spacecraft systems, instrumentation, and observational techniques, and has 58 scientific publications. Dr. Davis earned a Ph.D. in Astrophysics in 1991 and a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics in 1983 from the University of Arizona.
