An Unprecedented International Gathering on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena
Sol’s 2025 symposium is taking place this fall, October 24–27 (you need to arrive on October 24th), on the shores of Lake Maggiore, in northern Italy. After two successful and pathbreaking events in the San Francisco area, we feel that it’s time to contribute more directly to the UAP conversation outside the United States, by bringing the event we’ve become known for to a new location.
Europe has been a focus of Sol’s work from its start, and we’re excited to have this opportunity to participate in the continent’s UAP conversation as well as to engage more directly our European colleagues. Just as important, Sol’s mission is as global as the UAP issue, and we feel that Italy is easier to reach than California for people who reside in South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and even East Asia. We intend with this choice of location to expand international discussion of UAP in a way that’s never been done before.
As with our previous symposia, a roster of leading thinkers on UAP from academia, government, civil society, and the private sector will deliver groundbreaking talks that set the direction for the upcoming year’s UAP conversation, with topics ranging from physics, astrobiology, and other aspects of the new science of UAP to international governance and law to cosmology, consciousness, and nonhuman agency and intelligence. But as previous attendees know, Sol’s events go well beyond what happens on stage. We carefully handpick an audience of professionals from the same fields that our speakers come from, ensuring an unparalleled opportunity to meet with likeminded people who take a thoughtful and serious approach to the UAP topic. Connections made at the Sol symposia yield fresh ideas and the collaborations that being them to fruition.
This year, the Sol symposium will feature some additional events (at added cost, above registration price): a fundraising dinner with Speakers and Sol leadership & a private cruise across Lake Maggiore, followed by an exclusive dinner at Ristorante Verbano on the enchanting Isola dei Pescatori.
